Curriculum Vitae
Personality profile
My main area of interest is in product design, particularly homewares, lighting and furniture but I am also concerned in how graphics are implicated in products and interiors. I feel passionate that design comes hand in hand with functionality as well as aesthetic value. I like experimentation and exploring selected art and design theories to develop my own ideas and practical work. Objects, graphics and materials that I collect inspire me in my work and I enjoy researching for ideas and concepts to reach their full potential.
I enjoy studying Design at Goldsmiths because of the devotion shown on the course to the cultural influences on design and the wide mix of skills to be learnt and opportunities to be taken. I chose this course because of its multi-disciplinary context and feel it will train me to consider every aspect of a product and its user. I wish to further this with industry experience.
